Use Chop & Swap responsibly and only for lawful plant-cutting exchanges.
Member responsibilities
Keep listings accurate, treat other members respectfully, protect personal information and do not use the portal for scams, sales, spam or prohibited material.
Member-to-member swaps
Chop & Swap provides a platform for members to find and communicate with other plant enthusiasts. Chop & Swap is not a party to swaps arranged between members. All swaps are arranged directly between members and are undertaken at the members’ own risk. Chop & Swap does not guarantee the identity, description, quality, condition, health, correct identification, delivery or receipt of any plant, cutting, seed or other item exchanged through the platform. Chop & Swap is not responsible for loss, damage, delay or non-delivery in the post; plants arriving damaged, dead or in poor condition; pests or disease; disagreements between members; or other problems arising from a member-to-member swap. Members are responsible for agreeing what will be exchanged, packaging, postage arrangements and any associated costs before sending items. Use the Report member, Report listing or Report message controls if you believe another member has acted fraudulently, unsafely or breached the Community Rules. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.
Moderation
The admin team may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community. Contact admin@chopandswap.co.uk with questions.
